love thy neighbor

here in a few days is the LOVE day of the year.

my church is hosting a day to love thy neighbor. with that comes making valentines! this afternoon my roommate and i were hangin' out with some of the coolest kids i know and decided to make some valentines to hand out to the residents.

i know that each of the valentines that were made, were made with love. to show people that they are loved by something bigger than anything explainable or comprehensible on this earth. they are loved by Jesus.

new roommates

this is ricky the raccoon.

he has a lady friend with him too. her name is rhonda.

they really don't provide the community i was looking for and they are not good at paying rent and utilities.

needless to say, they aren't going to be my roommates for much longer.

so i am moving.

just across town, so not too far.

so i have been busy with getting all the little things put together and will starting cleaning the new place and packing some things up before too long.

but i thought that we would take a look down memory lane. for about one month in 2007 i had a great neighbor that could sell you a great tire.

no joke. the michelin man was my neighbor. he was a great. super quiet and we never had to worry about crazy loud parties.

i have no clue what to expect from my new neighbors. but i will keep you posted.
