the "tour de pologne" came through olsztyn today! the best i can understand, is the second string cyclist that are touring through poland. but it was so fun, chilly but fun! they rode by three times before they end of this part of the race. check out the race site here.
you can see them rounding a turn here. there were tons of them. i am really bad at guessing things like this, but it seemed that there were about 200 of them!
this helicopter was flying around to make sure to get video footage of the event. there were other media people standing around the course and then there were people on motorcycles with video cameras. it was so neat.

all of the teams had cars like this that drove around after the group came through. they had extra tires and bikes on top.
this was a guy at the end of the race. we saw a group of about 6 guys at the end and they were drinking something. expecting it to be water or some energy drink, jessica and i were curious as to what they were drinking. it was a can of coke! i wouldn't have thought that it would coke to drink after a race, but i am no expert!
