goodbye 2007...

...hello 2008.

it has been awhile. i went home to spend time with my family and friends. it was good to be home. not gonna lie, i miss it. BUT i am going to choose to have faith that the Lord has big things planned for the rest of my time here in poland.

so i thought that i would give a top 10 of 2007.
10. taking the dance "ice cream and cake" to the nations. i know that it is spreading in asia and it is in europe. i am relying on you at home to teach your friends.
9. putting my feet in the baltic sea!
8. all the fireworks that they shot off for no good reason! you should have seen new years eve. they were going off in every which direction. you could go a full 360 and see fireworks in all areas!
7. tossing my cookies at the vatican on my tour of italy. my body doesn't react well to warm temperatures even though i enjoy warm temperatures.
6. a near death experience of passing out because the food was too hot for my body! good times, scary times!
5. being able to do a little traveling. going to other parts of poland and the countries of italy and lithuania.
4. learning to cook. it has been fun!
3. the friends that i have made over the past year. whether they are with the company or they are nationals. they have been amazing.
2. the move to poland even if it has been rough at times. it has been a great experience and a learning process.
1. my relationship with the Lord has changed dramatically. it has been one of the greatest things but one of those things that will never stop. it will continue for the years to come in my life.

top 10 for 2008.
10. get a date in 08. starting after november of course.
9. working at keeping the little weight off that i have lost over the last year.
8. exploring the ideas of a new hobby. not sure which one. maybe sewing?
7. exploring other areas of poland and europe.
6. learning to laugh and love more.
5. continuing my collection of polish pottery.
4. one of my b.f.f.'s getting hitched!
3. my brother graduating and getting older and wiser. seeing where his future will take him.
2. watching the Lord at work in other areas and ministries in and around Olsztyn.
1. seeing where the Lord will take me. walking with Him.
