the copernicus castle

this past weekend was a festival in town and it was so fun!  we got to see cinderella in a dancing format and some traditional dances from poland.  i really enjoyed myself.  here are the pictures from the dancing.  all in the same weekend we climbed to the top of the tower of the castle.  i had never seen the view of the city from up there.  it was kind of cool. it is still kind of crazy to think that i live in poland and have been for the past 19 months. i would have never imagined this on my own.

not sure if you know this info or not about olsztyn, but there is a castle that was built in the 1300's(i believe) and nicolas copernicus lived here for a short while.  so there is a short history lesson for ya!
