calm before the storm

haven't had much to blog about recently. the past week or two has been pretty low-key. in my updates that i have sent out, i have mentioned going to platyny ( a little village near by that we have been doing some ministry in). well, we have returned to platyny but there has been much opposition to us being there. not really sure where we will go from here. please be praying for the pastor, marcin, who is heading this up as he prays about it and that the Lord would make it clear to him.

in other news...starting july 28 i will be MIA for about a month. i will be going to a camp that our church is putting on here. there will be a team from the states that week out there with us. the following week will be so stinkin' exciting as my family is coming for a visit! the week after that, a few people in our church have developed an idea called "mission poland". we will be out with them it sounds like all week. it will be a learning opportunity. i will be able to see the polish believers reach out to their friends and neighbors. i will also be able to see the culture first hand. all good things to soak up.
